Our distillery blends traditional handcrafted techniques and care using small copper pot stills. The selection of individual piñas and recognizing the fine nuances of terroir, distinguish La Adelita. Every step of the process from the planting of the young agave to the hand labelling and bottling of La Adelita are carefully designed and directed by the Proprietors, blending the centuries old traditions of tequila with the techniques used in the crafting of the Worlds finest Cult Cabernets and Bordeauxs.
