Our Single Estate Tequila
A partnership of generational distillers, jimadors and cult wine artisans, crafting a truly exquisite and pure selection of tequilas. In the honor of the fearless women who fought in the Mexican Revolution and became known as La Adelita. La Adelita is harvested and distilled on our Single Estates located in the heart of the highlands of Jalisco.
Our Location
Hacienda La Capilla Distillery is located in the highlands of Los Altos. Our single-estate agave plantation, sits at an altitude of 7,290 feet, and the deep red soil type is rich in iron, potassium, nitrogen and calcium. The plantations are located in the golden triangle area of the Los Altos region, SE of Guadalajara, in the heart of Los Altos. The area is known for growing some of the best agave in the world. The region is delimited by the cities of Arandas, Tepatitlan and Atotonilco in Jalisco state.
Our PROCESS
Family-operated for generations, our Jimadores take great personal pride in producing only the highest quality agave. Each piña is only selected by hand when their practiced eye tells them that it's time. Carefully distilled in individual lots inside the same Cuban copper pot stills that were imported onto the Estate in the early 1920’s, La Adelita presents Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Cristalino, and Extra Age, without compromise.
